At the Burdekin Community Church, the highlight of our week is getting kids together at our Lighthouse Kids and enjoying what God has for us.
Lighthouse Kids was created with the vision of showing children God’s love through both words and actions, encouraging them to be His lights in their community.
Each week, around 5 to 20 primary school-age children, aged 4 to 13, attend Lighthouse Kids during the Sunday morning service. These sessions focus on helping children develop a personal relationship with God. School-aged children engage in child-centred worship, games and a main Bible teaching. The goal is to present God’s truth in a fun and interactive way.
