Ps Peter and Helene Holmes

Ps Peter and Helene have been the Senior Pastors of Burdekin Community Church since 2011.  They are passionate about introducing people to Jesus Christ, seeing them engage in a vibrant relationship with Him and encouraging people to be all He has called them to be.  They desire to disciple people to maturity in their faith so they rise up and fulfil their purpose and place here on this earth.

Peter’s teaching of the Bible, supported by his love of history, theology relevant to biblical prophecy and current events will inspire and motivate you to develop into all that you have been created for.

Peter and Helene were married in 2002 and have two beautiful daughters, Emily and Jessica.

Women’s Ministry Leader

Helene Holmes

Helene, and her husband Peter, are the Senior Pastors of Burdekin Community Church.

Helene has been a member of their Church since 1994.  She has a desire to see the local Church increase and strengthen and the Kingdom of God expand and intensify around the world.

As the Leader of Cherish, the Women’s Ministry of Burdekin Community Church, her heart is to gather women, bless them and see them be a blessing in their world.

Also she is passionate about women meeting with God on a personal and unified level.  So in 2010 Radiant Women’s Conference was birthed where women come together each year to encounter God, experience His blessing, be encouraged and inspired, and enhance their life.

Helene is the proud mother of two beautiful girls, Emily and Jessica, and together with Ps Peter, sees that their family’s purpose is to serve their God and serve their Church.
